It gives me immense pleasure to call upon Ist Executive Committee meeting on April 5th 2008, Saturday at 1930 hrs at DRDE, Guest House, Tansen Road, Gwalior.

The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

1. Meeting call to order.

2. Report of the National Seminar on IT for Masses (which was held during 28-29 march 2008)

3. Handing over charges to New Team.

4. Position of the accounts and balance.

5. Any other point with the permission the Chair.

The meeting will be followed by diner.

Extra Ordinary Thanks to Mr.R.S.Jadon,Mr.A.C.Pandey,Mr.Vikas Shinde,Mr.Sanjay Pandey,for their valuable help during Seminar.

We are greatful to all the students of the ITM student chapter, who have helped us in all the different arrangements.

We hopes this type of help will be continued in future also so that the new team will work smoothly.
